This tract consists of approximately 79 acres of land and is currently all in cultivation and planted to winter wheat. There is a water well in the NW corner of this tract (no pump). According to the county F.S.A. office this tract is combined with Tract 2 (see FSA Info). Access is by good county road. This tract lays very nicely with good productive soils. This tract joins tract 2 on the west.

Tract 2 E/2 of SE/4 18-22N-9 W.I.M. Major Co. OK
This tract consists of approximately 74 acres of land and is currently all in cultivation and planted to winter wheat. According to the county F.S.A. office this tract is combined with Tract 1 (see FSA Info). Access is by good county road. This tract also lays very nicely and is very good productive soils and joins Tract 1 on the east.

Legal Description for both tracts: SE/4 of Section (18), Township (22) North, Range (9), W.I.M. Major County, Oklahoma.

Directions to Farm: From Meno, Oklahoma, go 1 mile west, then mile south to the property.
